In case the item you ordered wasn't what you expected, or you're unhappy with what you've selected we have a comprehensive return policy, and want to communicate it clearly to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. Returns & Exchanges being Shipped
Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day period to be eligible for refund or exchange. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. A copy of your original receipt must be included with your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

In-store Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items purchased in-store or online may be returned at our store for a refund within 14 days of original purchase date, or 30 days for an exchange or credit note. A copy of the original receipt is required for a refund or exchange. Items with a gift receipt are eligible for an exchange or credit note only. To be eligible for a return or an exchange items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached or be in original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items
Please be aware before you purchase these items that they are final sale, and can't be returned or exchanged. Gift cards, clearance items, Oakley sunglasses, Peeks sunglasses, customized products, swimwear, undergarments, Christmas product, merchandise with a player name and number, special events and championship products are all final sale items.

Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
