Does your website include all of the merchandise you offer in store?

We are frequently adding new products to our online store. However, due to the variety of products we carry, and limited resources of a small business, we can't list everything we have available in our store. We try to include our most popular and unique items, but you will find a larger selection in our store.

Will you ship items from your store that aren't available on your online store?

Yes, we are happy to ship any items we carry in our store. Please contact us by phone or email, to let us know what item you're looking for and we'll arrange to have it delivered to you. We will provide you with the cost to ship your order once we know what you need.

What should I do if something I purchased from you is damaged or broken?

If you have any issues with an item purchased from us please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do whatever we can to help. There are time frames in which we can replace items through our suppliers, however, those time frames vary by product. In the case of warranty claims that we can't process directly, we will provide you with the appropriate manufacturer's contact information.
